How to Use CaptureGenius
Navigating to CaptureGenius
Via "360 View":
Navigate to the "360 View" section, where all your scheduled events are listed.
Locate the client and event date, then click the "CaptureGenius" button beside them.
You can invite the Pulse360 recorder to Zoom, upload an audio or video file, or dictate in-person meetings or notes.
Via "Meeting Workspace" Tab:
Go to the "Meetings" tab.
Select the client and event date you want to work on.
Click "CaptureGenius," and the same options to invite the Pulse360 recorder to Zoom, upload, record, or dictate will appear.
Processing and Reviewing Transcripts
Uploading and Dictating:
Upload the audio file or start dictating your notes.
The processing will take a few minutes, and you will receive an email notification once it's ready.
Accessing Transcripts:
Once processed, you can find the transcript in the designated area.
Click on the transcript to view it.
