Quick Capture

Quick capture is a great way of getting your notes in quickly without having to search for a contact beforehand. You simply start typing your note and add it to the contact afterward. This is great for on-the-spot phone calls.

How: Step-by-step directions on how to use the Quick Capture feature:

1. Navigate to the Meetings using the sidebar menu. In the top right corner, near the Workspace Name, you will find a box icon. These are your shortcuts. Click on it and select "Quick Capture Note."

2. Write your note in the box and press save.

NOTE: Keep that in mind when writing your note that you are not able to save this note to the Library.

3. Choose a contact and event that this note is related to, then press save. The note will be automatically added to the client's record in Pulse360.


Tips

  1. Quick Capture notes cannot be saved to the Library.
