What you can do: Quickly Generate an Email and Notes using AI Writer

AI Writer is an updated version of our previous Rephrase AI. It can help you shorten long paragraphs, explain technical language, and even elaborate on your thoughts.

How: Step-by-step directions on how to use AI Writer

1. Navigate to "Meetings" from the left side of the menu, and select the contact for whom you want to create an email or notes.

2. Select AI Writer: Let our AI help you write meeting agendas, summaries, and more. This action will take you to the last meeting you have scheduled.

3. On the upper left side of the screen, you will see a dropdown where you can see all the events from your CRM calendar.

If you don't have your CRM connected, you can manually create an event by clicking on the Plus (+) button.

Notes are stored in Pulse360 under contact's events for easy referencing based on meeting dates. Add non-meeting notes under "Quick Notes."

4. On the left side of the screen is where you will add your short phrase notes or meeting summary transcript. Paste the text then click generate.

5. Once you click generate, this AI Writer modal will appear. You have the option to select a tone and actions.

6. Select your preferences and click generate draft - a preview will appear on the right. If you're satisfied, just click on Add and edit but if you want to change click on the tone or action you want to select, then select regenerate draft then add and edit once done.

7. Once you add and edit, it will take you to the final email. You can edit or make changes before sending the email on the right.

8. Once you're satisfied click send as email to send.

Tips

  1. When using AI Writer to send an email, it won't be saved under your client's record in your CRM unless it's synced. If it is synced, you'll find it under the email section in the client record.

  2. The notes you entered on the left side of the screen will be saved under the corresponding event as a note in Pulse360 and will sync to your CRM.
