What you can do: Change the Topic Order on the Final Document
In order to change the topic order on the final document, you need to rearrange the merge fields from within the template.
How: Step-by-step directions on how to do that:
1. Navigate to the "Templates" on the sidebar menu and select the template you wish to change the topic order in.
2. When it comes to rearranging the order of topics in a document template, there are two options available:
First - Deleting and re-adding topics
Click into the block with the topic merge fields you want to reorder. Delete the topic merge field and insert it where you need it. Repeat it until you get the order you like. Save the changes.
Second - Cutting and pasting topics
Cut (CTRL+X) the topic merge field (CTRL+X) and paste (CTRL+V) it where you need it. Repeat it until you get the order you like. Save the changes.
3. Done! Now, topic headers in the final document will appear in the order you set.
Tips
You can change the order of topics only on the template level.
