You meet with a client, capture good notes, and then face a blank page when it is time to write the agenda, the recap, or the year-in-review. AI Deliverables fixes that. Pick what you want to produce, pick the client, and Pulse360 turns your existing notes — in-meeting, regular, CaptureGenius, and your CRM — into a draft you can review, edit, and send.
There are two ways to create a deliverable:
Quick AI generation
Using a template
1. Getting Started
Go to AI Deliverables → Create to begin.
2. Option 1: Quick AI Generation
This is the fastest way to create a document.
Click on a deliverable type (e.g., Milestones Achieved)
Select a contact
Choose:
Note sources (CRM, Meeting Notes, etc.)
Date range
Click Generate
AI will automatically create a document using the selected notes.
3. Option 2: Use a Template
Templates give you more control over structure and formatting.
Click Use a template instead
Choose a template (or start blank)
Select a contact
Add optional instructions (if needed)
Click Generate
4. Add AI Instructions (Optional)
You can guide the output using instructions.
Examples:
“Focus on taxes only”
“Summarize key action items”
“Exclude investment discussions”
You can also use preset options like:
Meeting Pulse
Action Items
Detailed Email
5. After Generation
Once your document is ready, you can:
Edit the content
Rename the deliverable
Print or export as PDF
Save it for later
When a job finishes, click Open on the row (or click the link in the email notification). Pulse360 silently turns the AI output into a real Pulse360 document and drops you into the editor. From here it behaves exactly like any other Pulse360 document — edit, share, export to PDF, send by email.
For Milestones intents, the output renders as a vertical-stepper timeline: completed achievements with filled markers and dates, planned items with hollow markers in the What's Ahead section. The visual stays intact when you export to PDF or email, so the client sees the same polished timeline you do.
You can customize how Milestones appear in your deliverables.
Change colors
Adjust display options
Control how milestones are visually grouped
These settings are managed in Settings and will apply to generated milestone documents.
6. Access Saved Deliverables
All generated documents are stored under My Deliverables.
Why It Matters
From notes to draft in one click — your existing in-meeting notes, regular notes, CaptureGenius captures, and CRM notes become the source material. Nothing to copy and paste.
Audience-aware outputs — every intent declares whether it is for the client, advisor-only, or needs a review pass. The post-generation toast adapts the same way, so client-facing drafts always remind you to review before sending.
Background generation that respects your time — large histories chunk and run in the background. Close the page, get back to client work, and pick the deliverable up from My Deliverables or the email link when it is ready.
