Get a comprehensive overview of each client with last and upcoming events, recent documents, and basic CRM details. Track events from CRM or Pulse360, add quick notes, create events, and view in-meeting notes. Manage notes, upcoming meetings, client to-dos, tasks, and related documents all in one place.

Dashboard Tab:

Last and Next Events: View recent and upcoming events - navigate to your meetings quickly and prepare your agenda or follow-ups


Recent Documents: Access the latest documents related to the contact.


New Document: Create New Document Navigation


Contact Details: Basic contact information.


Events: Navigate to all of your events

Details Tab:

Primary Details - All from your CRM


Contact Details - All from your CRM


Aliases - Contact Greeting - You can add your greetings here. Using the merge field [Contact Greeting] in your template will automatically insert the greeting you've added.

Events Tab:

Quick Notes: Create your notes quickly - anything unrelated to a meeting (e.g., a quick phone call)


Create Event: Create events in Pulse360; auto-syncs with your CRM.


Event Date: Navigate directly to a specific meeting for notes and preparation.

Delete/Edit an event from Pulse360.

Click don't the three dots beside "Generate Text."


In-meeting Notes: Navigate and type notes during client meetings on a Word document-like page.


AI Writer: Navigate and generate text or emails using our AI Writer.

Notes Tab:

Latest Notes: View the most recent notes you've added.


Next Meeting: Any notes tagged as “Next Meeting” will show up here.


Client To-Do: List of tasks for the client. (Any notes with subtopic: Client To Do)

Tasks Tab:

Tasks: Manage tasks associated with the contact.


Status: You can change the status from your CRM or from Pulse360 and it will sync - two way sync. Pending to Done

Documents Tab:

Documents: All documents created in the "Documents" tab will be stored here.


New Document: Create a quick email using the templates you have, or start from a blank
