Show Your Value with Milestone Deliverables

Your value should not be buried. You should not face a blank page when it’s time to show the progress you have enabled for clients. AI Deliverables solves that — scouring through your notes to find life events and turn that into a clean, client-ready milestone timeline in seconds.

Start with Milestones

Open AI Deliverables → Create and choose:

  • Milestones Achieved → completed life events only (client-facing recap)

  • Milestones — Full View → completed + upcoming (planning narrative)

Each option tells you:

  • Who it’s for (Client-facing, Internal, Review recommended)

  • What it produces (timeline-style output)

Pick the Client + Review Inputs

Select a contact in Who’s this for?

The system instantly shows:

  • Total notes found

  • Sources included:

    • Regular Notes

    • In-Meeting Notes

    • CaptureGenius

    • CRM Notes

You can refine:

  • Sources (toggle on/off)

  • Date range (YTD, Last Year, Custom, All Time)

This controls what feeds the milestone timeline.

Where to find it

Settings → Personal → Timeline

What you can customize

Date Format

Choose how dates appear (e.g., ISO, readable formats).

  • Data is always stored in ISO — you can change formats anytime.

Marker Shape

  • Circle or Square

  • Applies to every milestone marker

  • Completed checkmarks stay upright regardless of shape

Completed Color (Branding)

  • Controls:

    • Marker fill

    • Checkmark color

  • Use your firm’s primary brand color for consistency

  • Example: #16AC19 (green)

Upcoming Color

  • Used for:

    • Future or in-progress milestones

  • Default is neutral gray so it doesn’t compete with completed items

Why Milestones Deliverables Matter

  • Turn raw notes into a clear life-story narrative

  • Show progress, not just activity

  • Reinforce your value through visible outcomes
