How to Connect Your Email Connection (For Cambridge Users)

Go to Settings

  1. Navigate to the settings

Email Settings

  1. Select "Email Settings" from the options.

Connect Your Email

  1. Click on the "Connect your Email" button.

Select Email Provider

  1. Please select your email provider from the list. Most of the time, it is Microsoft Exchange

Enter Email Credentials

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. Check the box for Use different Exchange username.

  3. For Exchange username, you need to get this information from Cambridge and/or Intermedia (SMARSH). You can call Intermedia at: 800-206-5836

  4. Enter your password.

Advanced Settings

  1. Click on Advanced Settings (expand the dropdown if not visible).

  2. For Exchange Host, enter: mail.smarshmail.com

  3. For Port, enter: 443.

Complete the Setup

  1. Click the Next button.

  2. Follow any additional on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

  • Intermedia Support: Call 800-206-5836 for assistance.

  • Cambridge Support: Contact your IT administrator for assistance.
