Go to Settings
Navigate to the settings
Email Settings
Select "Email Settings" from the options.
Connect Your Email
Click on the "Connect your Email" button.
Select Email Provider
Please select your email provider from the list. Most of the time, it is Microsoft Exchange
Enter Email Credentials
Enter your email address.
Check the box for Use different Exchange username
For Exchange username, you need to get this information from OSAIC and/or Intermedia (SMARSH). You can call Intermedia at 800-206-5836
Enter your password.
Advanced Settings
Click on Advanced Settings (expand the dropdown if not visible).
For Exchange Host, enter:
agmail.smarshmail.com
.Alternative hosts are:
agmail-2fa.smarshmail.com
agmail.smarshmail.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
For Port, enter:
443
.
Complete the Setup
Click the Next button.
Follow any additional on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
