What you can do: Connect Smarsh Email
If you're using Smarsh Email, you can connect your Smarsh email to Pulse360 to send out documents.
How: Step-by-step directions on how to connect Smarsh Email with Pulse360
1. . Navigate to "Settings" > "Email Settings" and press "Connect your email."
2. Among different email providers, select "View all providers" > "Select IMAP."
3. Your email username will be your full email address, and your password will be your email password
4. Fill in the setting fields:
In the IMAP field, enter mail.smarshmail.com and port 993.
For SMTP, enter mail.smarshmail.com, and port 587
5. Press "Login."
6. Send a test message by clicking "Send Test Message" to ensure that your email has been successfully connected.
An email will be sent to the linked address. Verify it by checking your inbox and your sent folder.
Tips
All emails you send from Pulse360 will sit in your email Sent Folder.
