This guide will walk you through the process of sending a CaptureGenius bot to a Zoom meeting. This feature allows the bot to join, record, and manage your Zoom meetings seamlessly.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Initiating the Process

  1. Select the client and event within the Pulse360 app.

  2. Click on the CaptureGenius button.

  3. Click on "Invite Pulse recorder for online meeting."

Step 2: Creating and Joining a Meeting

  1. Create a Zoom meeting if one isn't already scheduled.

  2. Copy the Zoom meeting URL.

  3. Paste the URL into the appropriate field in the Pulse360 app.

  4. Click on "Join."

Step 3: Bot Joining the Meeting

  1. Once the bot is invited, it will join the meeting.

  2. The status of the bot will be displayed in the Pulse360 app, refreshing every few seconds.

Step 4: Bot Recording the Meeting

  1. Admit the bot into the meeting.

  2. The bot will start recording after a few seconds.

  3. Monitor the recording status in the Pulse360 app.

Step 5: Ending the Recording There are two ways to stop the recording:

  1. Click the "Leave" button in the Pulse360 app, which will make the bot leave the meeting and start processing the video file.

  2. End the Zoom meeting, which will also trigger the bot to leave and start processing the video file.

Step 6: Processing and Downloading the Recording

  1. Once the recording ends, the bot will process the video file.

  2. After processing, a download link will be provided.

  3. Click on the download link to access your recording.

If the bot is not allowed to join the meeting, an error message will be displayed.
