Step-by-Step Guide to Link Your Zoom Account with Pulse360

Welcome to the help article for linking your Zoom credentials to the Pulse360 app. Follow these simple steps to complete the integration and get started with our new Zoom bot recording feature.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

  1. Open the Pulse360 app.

  2. Click on the Settings option in the menu.

Step 2: Go to Integrations

  1. In the Settings menu, select Integrations.

Step 3: Connect Zoom

  1. Find the Recorder Capture Genius for Zoom section

  2. Click on Connect.

Step 4: Allow Access

  1. You will be redirected to a Zoom authorization page.

2. Grant access to Pulse360 by clicking Allow.

Step 5: Confirmation

  1. After granting access, you will be redirected back to Pulse360.

  2. It may take a few moments for the integration to complete. Please be patient.

Step 6: Disconnecting Zoom from Pulse360 and Zoom Application

  1. If you need to disconnect your Zoom account from Pulse360, go back to the Recorder Capture Genius for Zoom section.

  2. Click on Remove Connection.

  3. Confirm the disconnection by clicking Remove.

The next step is removing the connection from the Zoom Application. Please follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

  2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "Pulse360" app.

  3. Click the "Pulse360" app.

  4. Click Remove.
