How to Delete/Disable a User

What you can do: Remove Users

How: Step-by-step directions on how to do that:

1. Navigate to "Settings" > "Users."

2. Find the user you wish to remove, click on the three dots, and then "Remove Member."

3. This will remove the user's access to Pulse360. Only an admin can remove a team member. Please ensure that you have the appropriate administrative rights before attempting to disable a user.

Tips

  1. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at [email protected] to remove users.

  2. Disabling a user will remove their access to the workspace

  3. To reactivate a disabled user, email [email protected]
    ​
