How to Add Default BCC

Updated over a year ago

What you can do: Default BCC

BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) allows you to send copies of an email to other people without the recipient being able to see someone else got a copy of the email. You can set up a default BCC in Pulse360 as well as a one-time BCC upon sending the email.

How: Step-by-step directions on how to do that:

1. To set up a default BCC, navigate to Settings > "Email Settings" > "Personal BCC."

2. Fill in the BCC email address and press "Update BCC."

3. Now, when you send emails from Pulse, your BCC will automatically populate in the field.

You can delete it by clicking on the "x" icon. It will only delete it this one time and not from Settings.

Tips

  1. You can skip adding default BCC in the Settings and just add it whenever needed upon sending an email.

  2. You can set up a default BCC when sending an email. For this, press "Set as Your Default" next to the BCC field.

  3. Deleting BCC upon sending an email will not remove it from Settings.
