How to Secure Your Emails - Encryption Services

Here's how to secure emails

If you use encryption services to send emails containing sensitive data, in Pulse360, you can input your keyword in the subject line prefix to encrypt your emails. For this:

1. Navigate to "Settings" > "Details" > "Subject Line Prefix."

2. Fill in the key phrase for your encryption service and hit "Save."

3. When sending out a document, select "Secure Email" in the bottom left corner of the window, and your securing phrase will automatically appear in the Subject line.

The "Secured" toggle has to be selected every time you send an email. The app will not remember this by default.
