How to Download Your Data from Pulse360

We recommend downloading a copy of your data and saving it somewhere secure for your records.

Step 1: Go to Download your data

Log in to Pulse360 and go to:

Settings → Download your data

You can also access the page directly here:

Step 2: Refresh your data

At the top of the page, click Refresh my data.

This prepares the latest version of your written data for download. Meeting recordings are already current and do not need to be refreshed.

Once your data is ready, you will see the available downloads for your account.

Step 3: Download all available data

Download each section shown on the page so you have a complete copy of your Pulse360 data.

Depending on your account, you may see:

  • Everything written down — includes notes, Library content, transcripts, AI summaries, and documents

  • Client documents you uploaded

  • Meeting recordings — recordings may be divided into multiple parts depending on the size of your account

For example, you may see:

  • Meeting recordings (part 1)

  • Meeting recordings (part 2)

  • Meeting recordings (part 3)

Make sure you click Download for every section and every recording part listed in your account.

The number of items and file sizes shown will be different for each firm.

Important: Download links may only stay valid for a few minutes after you click them. Start each download right away and make sure it finishes before moving on.

Step 4: Download individual meeting recordings if needed

If you only need one or a few specific recordings, scroll down to the Meeting recordings section.

Select the recordings you want using the checkboxes, then click Download selected.

For larger batches, download no more than 25 recordings at a time and confirm that each file has finished downloading before starting the next batch.

If you want to keep all of your recordings, we recommend using the full Meeting recordings downloads at the top of the page instead.

Before you finish

Confirm that you have downloaded:

  • Everything written down

  • Client documents you uploaded

  • Every Meeting recordings part shown in your account

Once downloaded, save the files in a secure location that you will continue to have access to after Pulse360 closes.
