What’s new

Pulse360 now has a centralized Files experience that lets advisors upload, organize, and access client and meeting files from multiple places—without jumping between tools.

Now, you can be prepared for a meeting without having to click around to find important files you need for a meeting. Look Professional..not disheveled.


Where users can access files

1. Meeting Workspace → Files

  • Access Meeting Files directly inside a meeting

  • Quickly reference documents while:

    • preparing follow-up emails

    • reviewing meeting notes

    • sharing files with clients

  • Toggle between:

    • Meeting Files

    • Client Files

  • Upload new files on the fly or open existing ones

✅ Makes meeting prep and follow-ups faster and more contextual


2. Contact Dashboard → Files

  • Dedicated Files tab on each contact

  • Grid-based file view with:

    • upload tile

    • file size

    • upload date

    • file type tags

  • Filter by:

    • All Files

    • File Type (e.g. Estate Documents)

    • Uncategorized

  • Quickly see how many files are attached to a contact

File organization & management

Upload & storage > Practice Files tab

  • Upload files directly into Pulse360

  • Files are stored centrally and reused across meetings and contacts

File Types (Categories)

  • Assign one or more File Types to files

  • Bulk-select files and Apply File Types

  • Existing file types are preserved when adding new ones

Available default types

Create & manage File Types

From Settings → File Types:

  • Add new custom file types

  • Rename existing types

  • Delete unused types

  • See how many files are associated with each type
