Dashboard & Quick Captures: How It Works

Your Dashboard is the central place to start work, capture information, and organize everything that matters.

From the Dashboard, you can:

  • See today’s meetings and weekly schedule

  • Access Quick Actions to capture information instantly

  • Review recent activity, documents, and contacts

  • Track all new captures in Quick Captures


Quick Actions

Quick Actions let you capture information in one click. You can:

  • Record a meeting or conversation

  • Create a Voice Note

  • Write a Note

  • Handwrite or Draw

  • Upload a file

  • Create a Task

  • Start a Workflow - CRM and Hubly

  • Send a Service Email

Important:

Anything created from Quick Actions is automatically saved to Quick Captures.


Quick Captures

Quick Captures is where all your raw inputs live before being fully organized.

This includes:

  • Voice notes

  • Meeting recordings (Zoom or others)

  • Handwritten notes

  • Typed notes

  • Uploaded files

Each capture appears with a status so you can easily see what still needs review.


Managing a Capture

To manage or organize a capture:

  1. Find it in Quick Captures

  2. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the item

You’ll see these options:

Capture Options

  • View Transcription
    View the AI-generated transcript (for recordings and voice notes)

  • Link to Contacts
    Associate the capture with one or more contacts

  • Link to Existing Events
    Attach the capture to an already scheduled event

  • Create New Event
    Create a new event and link this capture to it

  • Unlink Events
    Remove the capture from any linked events

  • Archive
    Hide the capture without deleting it

  • Delete
    Permanently remove the capture


Best Practice

Use Quick Captures as your inbox:

  • Capture first

  • Organize later by linking to contacts or events

  • Archive once you’re done

This keeps your workflow fast, flexible, and organized.
