Important:
Anything created from Quick Actions is automatically saved to Quick Captures.
Quick Captures
Quick Captures is where all your raw inputs live before being fully organized.
This includes:
Voice notes
Meeting recordings (Zoom or others)
Handwritten notes
Typed notes
Uploaded files
Each capture appears with a status so you can easily see what still needs review.
Managing a Capture
To manage or organize a capture:
Find it in Quick Captures
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the item
You’ll see these options:
Capture Options
View Transcription
View the AI-generated transcript (for recordings and voice notes)Link to Contacts
Associate the capture with one or more contactsLink to Existing Events
Attach the capture to an already scheduled eventCreate New Event
Create a new event and link this capture to itUnlink Events
Remove the capture from any linked eventsArchive
Hide the capture without deleting itDelete
Permanently remove the capture
