Add or edit client greetings.

Easily create documents with correct client greetings

Client greetings are automatically synced over from your CRM, but you can always add/edit custom greetings in Pulse360. This can be done from the Preview side.


1. In the fully loaded meeting, generate your document.

2. Click this button (Options).

3. Click "Select Greeting"

4. Click "Add / Edit Greetings"

5. Click "Add Another Greeting"

6. Click this text field and type your preferred greeting

7. Click on the three dots, and select set as default, and save.

8. Select the greeting

9. Click "Apply Selected Greeting," and you're done!

Tips

  1. Greeting #1 is synced to your CRM and cannot be deleted.
