Create Email/Document Templates

What you can do: Create Email/Document Templates

Document Templates are an accumulation of blocks to create a template - usually an Agenda or Summary.


Pulse360 has pre-made templates, but it’s recommended that you create and customize your own. Click “Templates” on the sidebar menu to access the library.

Reusable blocks are what are used to build a template. They can be used across all templates. For example, you can add a "Signature" block at the end of all your templates. If you edit the block, all templates with this block will also be edited.

Here's an example of an agenda template:

You can mark templates as Default templates to automatically select them when you create documents, such as Agendas and Summaries.


The templates contain blocks you can manage in the "Reusable Blocks" area.


Tips

  1. If you edit a block, any other template that has that block will also be edited.
