If you added some notes or created a document in Pulse360 and later don't see them in the meeting you need, it may be because you initially added them to the Quick Note area.
Quick notes are not related to any specific meeting. They are not organized. So, if you add notes or send a document from there, it will not be reflected in 360 View.
You can transfer notes into the correct meeting:
On a note, press Actions > Transfer Note > select the correct meeting.
It will remove the note from the Quick Note area and place it in the correct meeting.
