If you see multiple contacts under the same name in Pulse360, it is because you have multiple contact records in your CRM.
To get rid of duplicates:
1. Run a check for duplicates in your CRM first and merge or delete the records you don't need.
2. Please make sure that any notes you have entered in Pulse for that contact are transferred (How to Transfer Notes) - otherwise, the notes will get deleted.
3. To remove the contact, navigate to https://app.pulse360.com/contacts
4. Click the "Contact Name" field.
5. Type the name of the contact you wish to archive, and then press enter
6. Click this icon.
6. Click archive contact
7. Click "Yes, Archive!"
