How to Restore Archived Events
How to Restore Archived Events
Events you've archived in Pulse360 aren't gone forever. You can restore them at any time from the Archived Events drawer on the contact's Events tab.
Opening the Archived Events Drawer
Navigate to a Contact in Pulse360.
Click the Events tab.
Click the Archived Events button in the top-right corner of the events table. This opens a drawer on the right side of the screen.
The drawer displays all previously archived events for that contact, showing the event subject, event date, and the date it was archived.
Restoring an Event
In the Archived Events drawer, find the event you want to restore.
Click the Restore button next to the event. The button will show a loading spinner while the restore is in progress.
Once restored, the event disappears from the archived list and reappears in your active events table.
CRM Warning After Restoring
After restoring an event, you may see a yellow warning banner at the top of the Archived Events drawer with this message:
"This event was previously linked to your CRM. Restored in Pulse but it will not recreate it in your CRM."
What this means: Restoring an event in Pulse360 brings it back within the app, but it does not automatically recreate or sync the event to your connected CRM (e.g., Redtail, Wealthbox). If you need the event in your CRM as well, you'll need to create it there separately.
You can dismiss this warning by clicking the close (X) icon on the banner.
Good to Know
No data is lost: Archiving an event is a soft delete. All event details, in-meeting notes, and recordings are preserved and fully restored.
One at a time: You can only restore one event at a time. While a restore is in progress, other restore buttons are temporarily disabled.
CRM sync is one-way: Restoring in Pulse360 does not push the event back to your CRM. Plan accordingly if you need the event in both systems.
