Follow these steps to integrate Pulse360 with Redtail and access Redtail data seamlessly.
Step 1: Gather Your Redtail Login Credentials
To connect Redtail, you will need your Redtail username and password.
Important:
This connection is user-specific.
Each Pulse360 user must enter their own Redtail credentials.
Shared or firm-level credentials will not work.
Make sure you have your correct Redtail login information before continuing.
Step 2: Connect Redtail to Pulse360
Open Pulse360
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Other > Redtail Data
Enter your Redtail username
Enter your Redtail password
Click Connect to complete the integration
Once connected, Pulse360 will begin syncing Redtail data for that specific user.
