Wealthbox integration enables you to dynamically pull client data, such as "Age" or "CPA details," into your notes using SmartFields.
Before you begin, you need to connect your Wealthbox data in the Settings - please see the instructions here.
Steps to Create a Dynamic SmartField for Wealthbox Data
Open the Add Note Pop-Up
Navigate to the client’s meeting in Pulse360.
Click on Add Note to open the note editor
2. Insert a SmartField
Place your cursor where you want to add the SmartField.
Type a slash ( / ) to open the menu and select Add SmartField.
3. Choose Data Type and Integration
In the Edit SmartField panel, select Integration as the data type.
This enables you to pull data from an integrated system, such as Wealthbox.
4. Select Wealthbox as the Provider
Under Provider, choose Wealthbox.
5. Pick a Wealthbox Data Field
Under the Wealthbox Options section, select a relevant data field (e.g. CPA) from the available options.
Wealthbox will provide real-time data for this field when the note is used.
6. Customize the Field Label
After selecting the data field, you can rename the label for the SmartField (e.g., change "CPA" to "Your CPA") to make it more descriptive.
7. Set Formatting Options (Optional)
For numeric data like Age, you can adjust formatting:
Select Number if applicable.
Specify the number of decimal places (if necessary).
8. Save the SmartField
Save the field, and it will now be part of the note.
Steps to Fill Out Dynamic SmartFields with Wealthbox Data in a Note
1. Fill Fields for the SmartField
After adding the note, click the red ‘Fill Fields’ icon in the lower-right corner.
2. Select Wealthbox Contact
In the pop-up window, select the required Wealthbox Contact from the dropdown.
3. Finish and Save
Once all fields are populated, click Finish to apply the data to the note.
