What you can do: Create a Header/Footer in PDF
To make your PDFs look better, you can add headers and footers with your logo or related images.
How: Step-by-step directions on how to do that:
1. Create a Reusable Block with an image in it. You can upload an image from your device or select one from the Library.
In the image settings, hover over the image and drag to resize. This way, it will spread across the whole document's width. Save the block and name it "Header." Repeat this step for the footer.
2. Select the template to which you want to add your header/footer. Go to the Template Settings, click "PDF," and in the header template, select the "Header" block you just created. Type in the height of the header and whether you want to disable margins for it. Repeat this step for the footer.
NOTE: We currently do not have a way to preview how the final document will appear without being in a contact and selecting "Download PDF."
4. Head to the "Meetings," select the contact, and add notes to generate a document. Select the option and click "Download PDF" on the split screen to preview your header.
Tips
The image should be up to 2000x2000 pixels and a maximum of 1 MB.
The steps are the same for adding footers.
